• Email us how many items you will be bringing and any details about the items so we may schedule an appropriate amount of time with you.
• We use the services of a gem grading laboratory, which tests the metal, diamonds, and gemstones in each piece of jewelry we buy. You meet privately with a GIA Graduate Gemologist who tests your items while you wait. You remain with your jewelry and diamonds during the entire process. If we are interested in purchasing, an offer is made immediately. You are under no obligation to buy after receiving our offer and we do not charge a fee to meet with you.
• Please bring a driver's license with you for identification. You will be paid immediately, in full, by check if you decide to accept our offer to buy. You are under no obligation if you decide you do not want to sell.
